This 13-minute sketch was, in a sense, the kickoff for Clarion Theatre Company. "Luther the Musical" was performed in October 2015, and in January 2016, the first organizational meeting for a new nonprofit was called. A few friends came together to form a 501©3, and Clarion was born. John then expanded the material from this sketch into a full-length musical called "Here I Stand: the Monk who Turned Religion Upside Down," which was then staged in 2017. Enjoy watching!
